At Lustre Élan, customer satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

We will work to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
